Do you deliver to PO Box or BFPO Addresses?
Unfortunatley we are unable to deliver to PO box and BFPO addresses.
I have seen a product but it no longer seems to be in stock
Apologies if some of the items you wished to purchase are out of stock. We continue to advertise these items as we want you to know what we normally sell. Please be assured we replenish stock as quick as possible.
Where is my order?
You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. If you have any queries ir require any further assistance please call our customer service team +44 (0) 1482 610020 or alternatively email email@example.com.
Can I ammend my order?
We’re super quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive it as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to amend it. It is simple to return any unwanted items back to us. Please see our returns policy.
Have you received my return?
Please allow up to 10 working days for your parcel to be returned to PhD.
Once your return has arrived and been processed we will send you an email. If you haven’t heard any communication from us after the 10 working day timescale, please contact our Customer Care Team on +44 (0) 1482 610020 or alternatively email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please ensure you have your order number and details of the items returned.
If you've returned more than one order in the same parcel, please allow an additional 72 hours for all your returns to be completed.
How do I return an item?
We hope you are happy with your order but if you’re not, please follow the steps below for a quick and easy return.
You can return any unwanted items back to us within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original and unused condition
- Fill out your reason(s) for return on your delivery note.
- Enclose your delivery note with the item, detailing the reason for return, and package up securely; please use original packaging if possible.
- Take your parcel to any Post Office or counter service.
- Obtain a certificate of postage to ensure the parcel get to us

Can I use more than one discount code per order?
Only one discount can be used per order.
Discount codes can’t be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotion.
I forgot to use my discount code , is there anything I can do?
Sorry but once your order has been placed we are unable to manually add the discount
Having issues with your discount code?
Your code: Have you entered the code correctly? Our codes are case sensitive, try copying and pasting the code into the Promo Code box just before checkout.
Expiry Date: Please look at the terms and conditions of the discount code to make sure this offer is still valid.
Eligible items: From time to time we offer discount codes for selected items only and this will be stated in the terms and conditions of the discount code.
Unique Codes: If you are lucky enough to receive a unique code from us, please note that it cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code and the code can only be used once.
Why has my order been cancelled?
If your order is gets cancelled we will send you an email within 48 hours to confirm the cancellation of your order.
Do I need to be in to sign for my delivery?
Due to the size of our parcels, it may be necessary for somebody to be present in order for the Products to be delivered.
We therefore recommend that you select an address for delivery where there will always be somebody present to accept delivery and (where required) sign for the delivery. If no one is available at your stated delivery address to take and (where required) sign for delivery, we will leave you a note that the Products have been returned to our premises, in which case, please contact us to rearrange delivery. If there appears to be any sign of damage to the packaging of any Products in respect of which a signature is required on delivery, please make a note to this effect beside your signature. Please be specific about damage and do not simply state ‘unchecked’.
