Where do we deliver to ?

Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout once the delivery option and destination has been chosen. We offer the below delivery options:

£2.50 for orders up to £49.99. Free on orders over £50


DPD 48 Hour


 *In working days (Monday-Friday) - Orders must be before 5pm in order to receive the next working day.

Delivery between 06/12/2017 and 11/12/2017

Due to stock take there will be delays in processing orders. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused. We will aim to get your order out as soon as possible and as a result of the delays we have reduced the cost of the delivery to £1.50 per order. The courier used will still be DPD signed for service to ensure you are still getting a premium courier service. 

Cancelling/ Amending Your Order

We’re super quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive it as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed, please email us before 4pm with any changes or cancellations.

If you would like to return an item please contact us by email You should then send us the goods in their original condition and packaging to Customer Services, PhD Nutrition Albion Mills Suites 3 & 4, Great Gutter Lane, Willerby, Hull, East Yorkshire, HU10 6DN. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with this requirement.

We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order to us at to PhD Nutrition, Albion Mills Suites 3 & 4, Great Gutter Lane, Willerby, Hull, East Yorkshire, HU10 6DN and that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of the return shipment.

All items must be returned unused, in their original condition.

We will refund the price of the product in full, within fourteen days of receiving your cancellation request, provided the goods are returned within that period.

Exchanging Your Order

If you wish to exchange a product or flavor, please contact Customer Services within 14 days or receiving your order so that your account can be updated. Before returning the item, please email

There is no charge to exchange items for a new flavor or different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping is also free on the replacement item.

Please note that we are only able to offer flavor or product size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it and purchase again separately.

You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

Faulty or Defective Goods

If you receive an item that is faulty or defective, please contact Customer Services in the first instance to provide further details. Before returning the item, please either email

Receiving a Refund

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card and will include shipping costs for faulty items or for orders cancelled under the DSRs only.

Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.

Late returns

Returns outside 14 days may be accepted at the discretion of PhD Nutrition.

Do you deliver to PO Box or BFPO Addresses?

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO box and BFPO addresses.

Our policy

Items should be returned new, unused with product seal intact. Returns that are used, damaged, or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Important information

  • All items are quality controlled and checked before they are dispatched to customers.
  • Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
  • Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
