She is a very motivated, enthusiastic young woman with a passion to help others achieve their fitness goals. Laura believes in balance as far as eating everything in moderation and she will eat a chocolate bar if she really wants one! Laura is a HIIT & bodyweight babe and loves to workout using her own strength, working on balance, flexibility, speed & stamina! She believes your body is a temple - look after it as much as you can!
